Virtual Education and Medical Students’ Study Habits During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Differences and Commonalities

Background: Considering the spread of COVID-19 pandemic and increasing use virtual education potentialities to continue path in universities, educationalists examine different dimensions that influence process promoting education. Objectives: This study aimed investigate habits students Zahedan University Medical Sciences (ZAUMS) during experience terms their gender, faculties, field, grade point averages (GPAs), native/non-native, academic semester, duration, interest 2021. Methods: It was a descriptive-analytical, cross-sectional which 221 male (43.93%) 282 female (56.07%) participated. The data were collected using questionnaire analyzed by SPSS 20 software. Results: independent t-test showed no statistically significant difference students’ regarding gender (P = 0.151). ANOVA results also confirmed there not any differences students' concerning faculties 0.411) field 0.687).
